1. Do you just sell dark romance and horror?

Nope! We now sell all genres when it comes to fiction!

When we first opened up in March 2024, that's all we had, but we now have everything!

2. Do you provide tracking?

Yes, we do! For every package, you will be given a tracking number.

3. I get paid every two weeks, but don't want someone else to pick up a specific book/gift I had my eyes on.

Can you put them on hold?

Yes! We understand that life happens, and money doesn't always come in right away.

Email or DM the store, and we'll put what you want on hold for two weeks.

4. Do you sell non-fiction?

Yes, we do!

There are memoirs, autobiographies and biographies available! As well as true crime books!

5. Do you sell poetry?

We are currently and temporarily out of stock.

6. Do you sell manga and comics?

We are currently and temporarily out of stock.

7. Do you sell DVDs/CDs/Records?

Not yet! We plan to soon.

8. Do you provide refunds or returns?

Sorry. We do not.

9. Do you accept donations?

We do and we'll come pick them up locally (DM our Facebook and/or Instagram page for more info).

We cannot offer shipping at this moment, but if the individual donates the books to us and covers the shipping, we can offer $20 store credit!

10. Do we do deliveries?

Yes! If you're local, and live near the store (DM our Facebook and/or Instagram page for more info), we can make arrangements to meet publicly.

Please know, we do not delivery locally or ship after 4PM EST on weekdays and certain weekends.

We also don't deliver locally or ship on major holidays.

We also reserve the right to reschedule deliveries due to extreme weather, medical reasons or emergencies.

11. Do we do trades?

Depending on the condition and type of novel, yes!

12. Do we accept/sell donated library books?

Yes, depending on the condition.

Also, every library book that gets sold here, a partial percentage of each purchase gets donated back to local libraries.

Every book listing that includes a former library book will be specified.

13. Do we sell religious books?

We are currently and temporarily out of stock.

14. When will a specific title I want come in stock?

We try to rotate the titles out, but if you are urgently interested in seeing a specific book in stock to buy it, and can't wait, DM our Facebook and/or Instagram page or email the store, and we'll get it in the next order when it comes to the days we stock up on inventory.

15. I would like to go under a psuedonym when it comes to my shipping address. Is that possible?

Yes! We value every customer's privacy, so if you'd like to provide a fictious name with your address, by all means please inform us in a Facebook/Instagram DM or email what the name is.

We never question anything, and also value providing quality customer service!

16. Do we ship outside of the United States?

Currently, no.

But we hope to do so in the near future!

17. Can I send you a DM or email about possibly buying a book at a lower price?

Unless we are having a sale and mark down the book or gift at a lower price for it, no.

We do not accept bargain requests - unless they're on PangoBooks or Mercari.

18. How often do you restock your inventory?

It can vary.

We try and make sure to get new listings in for books every 1-2 months.

19. Is Poison Pomegranate on Twitter (X)?

No, we are no longer on Twitter (X).

Neither the store or the store's owner has an account.

However you can find both the store and Keres Ironcrown's author account on Instagram and Threads!

20. Is Poison Pomegranate on Tiktok, Reddit, Lemon8, Clapper or RedNote?

Yes, we are on TikTok!

As far as Reddit, Lemon8, Clapper and RedNote, we will be working on getting accounts on all three of those platforms soon.

21. Are there authors you will not feature in your store?

Due to the content of writing about the romanticism of the KKK, we will not be selling any books written by Tillie Cole here.

We also will not sell anything by Jescie Hall or Sophie Lark here due to writing discriminating and stereotypical characters of POC.

That applies to any author that does the same.
